Meet The Team

Wes Pack, Owner & Realtor

Wes grew up on the ski slopes of Utah in a family whose roots were firmly planted in the construction trade and real estate. After pursuing his education at the University of Utah, he co-founded a marketing company using his natural artistic background and knowledge of product marketing. Later, he transitioned into software sales and project consultancy for major engineering companies and design studios, such as Boeing, BMW Designworks, Disney, Hallmark, Pixar, and more.

Eventually, Wes moved to Texas and went back to his construction roots as an area sales manager for one of the largest custom home builders in Texas. There, he helped numerous clients design and build their dream home.

As you can probably guess, Wes offers a broad and solid range of skills – from custom home building and design to product marketing and sales. His knowledge of construction standards, city regulations, and product marketing is priceless when it comes to helping clients either evaluate properties for purchasing or marketing a unique property for sale in Fredericksburg, TX.

Most of all, Wes is simply an amiable ally when assisting his buyers and sellers; he is highly adept at connecting and communicating with a wide range of clientele. Plus, he is probably one of the nicest, most genuine people you will ever meet.

Scott Frantzen, Broker Associate

The thing about Scott is that he’s really from Fredericksburg, and that his family has been here since it was settled in the 1800s. “I’m related to most everybody who lives here.” he likes to joke. And it’s true, the Frantzen name has instilled strong family values in Scott, it’s one of the most important aspects of his life. He grew up running around on 6 different ranches owned by parents uncles and cousins, and only stopped spending his days on Hill Country land for a career in Surveying and Engineering, but in 1999 he got his real estate license and came back to the Land, the thing he loves most.

When you ask Scott what his core values are, he’ll instantly say, “Integrity. In a small town you learn to value honesty and being upfront with people.” It’s shaped the way he has done his work for the past 18 years and it won’t be changing anytime soon.

Besides being a seasoned Land Guide, Scott is an avid bird and game hunter. He’s fished wherever there’s water and you will find him out on the junior soccer or baseball field coaching his kid’s teams until the sun goes down.

Liza Smith, Realtor

Liza’s family moved to Fredericksburg when she was nine to open The Plateau Cafe on Main, and since her family roots originated in Gillespie and Mason counties, she considers herself a native of the Texas Hill Country. She gets some of her drive and determination from her 3x great grandmother, who immigrated from Solingen, Germany and proved to be a Texas Hill Country pioneer woman, having established herself as the largest barbed-wire distributor and first woman banker in Texas. Liza began practicing real estate in 2002 and practiced successfully for 7 years before moving abroad with her husband Milton, and their super adorable son Ryder. Now she is back in town and is full of energy! Real Estate has always been a love, along with their home renovations business Still Winds, their charming B&B, an antique booth, and local theater.
